VIP Lounge

The exhibition’s VIP Lounge will be at the disposal of senior executives and officials for small private gatherings and confidential meetings, and will have complimentary internet access and refreshments throughout the course of the exhibition. Please speak to the event’s Exhibition Sales Manager if you require access to the VIP lounge for your organisation’s senior executives and/or guests.

'VVIP Boardroom' and Onsite Butler Service

The ‘VVIP Corner’, within the VIP Lounge, is reserved for Chiefs of Staff, senior government and media officials, and their industry counterparts. Access to the VVIP Corner is by invitation only. Users of the VVIP corner will be able to take advantage of the exclusive onsite Butler Service, which, in addition to providing special meals and refreshments throughout the event, will also assist VVIPs with any concierge requirements including transportation, travel bookings, and business centre facilities.

The exhibition’s onsite press centre will be accessible only by registered media visitors, their invitees, and VVIPs. It will provide a quiet working environment for journalists and reporters to prepare reports, show updates, record or transmit messages, and conduct interviews during the course of the event.
